Protecting Your Castle

A frustrated realtor wanted help with a smart, elderly client who had to move for financial reasons. The house wasn't going to sell with all surfaces covered with deep piles of paper, and in significant disrepair.

The client, unwell and a stage 2 hoarder, understood she was in trouble, yet wasn't going anywhere until forced to. Her clutter created a moat, protecting her castle, and all that she knew. Too scared to move, she dug in.
